About VisitSheet

VisitSheet helps a person, or someone helping them, put one appointment on a single page: the three questions that matter most, notes in their own words, the medicine list exactly as typed, and how they want the clinic to communicate.

What it does

• Ranks your questions and boxes the first three.
• Keeps notes since last time, in your words, with a bother number you choose from 0 to 10.
• Lists medicines exactly as you typed them.
• Prints a one-page brief, a large-print version, and a JSON download of the same words.
• Offers questions you did not mark as asked last time, so you can add them with one click.

What it does not do

• It does not diagnose.
• It does not give medical advice.
• It does not check medicines or suggest treatment.
• It does not interpret the bother number.
• It is not for emergencies.

All demo data is fictional. There are no real patients, clinics, clinicians, or medicine brands in the sample.

Each login receives its own private copy of that fictional data, so one person’s edits stay on their login.
